Information and Pictures on the Observation Deck of the First National Bank Building/Canadian Pacific Plaza (Minneapolis: office)

From what I understand, the First National Bank Building (Canadian Pacific Plaza) in Minneapolis had an observation deck open to the public when it first opened in 1960, but I have not been able to find information on when it was closed to the public or any pictures of the observation deck. I do however think that the deck may have closed in about 1973, shortly after a higher deck at the IDS Center took away much of the business. So, does anyone here know exactly when the deck at the First National Bank Building/Canadian Pacific Plaza was closed to the public or have any pictures of the observation deck.

Might want to check with the Minneapolis BOMA office or although unlikely to produce results, you might reach out to the architects if you really want to drill down.
