From what I have read, the First National Bank Building had an observation deck on the 32nd floor rooftop that was open to the public from when the building opened in 1931 until at least the late 1950's. That observation deck from what I understand is long closed and does anyone here know exactly what year the observation deck was closed to the public. Also, does anyone here have any pictures of the observation deck and the view from there back when it was open to the public.

The person I asked is retired now and the observation deck was already closed before they started working there. Employees could bring people to it while he worked there. Sorry, I realize this doesn’t answer your question.
