Sioux Falls has grown a lot in 70 years, but not to the extent your numbers show. Its 1950 population was 53k, not 20k.

That is nobody's problem except yours...

If you don't like the criteria used, the way they are measured and the final rankings, go do your own research and start a web page of your own and present the results there.

I don’t care what their “criteria” was. I don’t need to start a web page with results to have an opinion. If you don’t like my opinion scroll past it.
