A federal appeals court sided Thursday with a GOP challenge to Minnesota’s extended deadline for receiving absentee ballots after Election Day next Tuesday, imperiling a state rule that would count mail-in ballots received up to a week after the election.

In a 2-1 decision, a panel of the Eighth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ordered that all mail-in ballots received after 8 p.m. on Election Day be set aside, setting the stage for a potential legal battle after the election. But the order stopped short of a final determination on the validity of the post-Election Day ballots.

If you want your vote to count, do not mail in your ballot at this point. The Post Master general has been found to be purposely slowing the mail. Do not chance it.

That bull**** but only an idiot would trust something mailed tomorrow to arrive by Tuesday. The Post Office is the epitome of big government so if you want more Post Office in your life, be sure to vote for the Democrats.

What I hope is these voter suppression tactics don’t cause people who are symptomatic to be forced into the polls in order to cast a vote and risk getting others sick. Everyone who plans on casting a vote on Tuesday, please do so safely. Wear a mask, social distance and apply some hand sanitizer.

There will be a special Trump Mobile Unit swinging by those voters sometime between noon and 8 pm so stand back and stand by and have your ballots ready for pick-up.

Even the biased progressives at Snopes are not ready to get behind that particular lie that the left likes to tell to each other.

Then you should easily find some "biased" articles from Snopes to back up your position. If that were the case, 10 examples should be quickly found.

Among the agencies viewed in positive light, the majorities viewing each favorably range from 91% for the Postal Service to 60% for the Justice Department.

Thankfully, your opinion remains in the minority. Rural areas love the post office and would probably be beneficial to the Dems if your view became part of a Republican candidates stated goals.

why do I think/believe the post master is intentionally slowing down the mail to help the electron prospects of Trump. Because of what trump has said and the fact the mail has been slowed by the post master who is also a major donor. Furthermore, according to one person who sat through the interview process, unqualified to lead the agency.

Trump statements on the mail-in-voting.

“They need that money in order to have the post office work so it can take all of these millions and millions of ballots,” Trump said in an interview with Fox Business’s Maria Bartiromo. “If they don’t get those two items, that means you can’t have universal mail-in voting because they’re not equipped to have it.”
“The things they had in there were crazy,” Trump said. “They had things — levels of voting that, if you ever agreed to it, you’d never have a Republican elected in this country again.”

actions taking by the Trump post master Dejoy

Trump believes greater voter participation is bad for republicans and himself and the actions taken by his post master general, who is also a big time donor, have slowed the mail. My conclusion is that is intentional and attempt to help Trump and republicans to win election (It has the potential to backfire with older rural voters waiting to send in their vote). Hopefully, if the dems win the white house, the post master general can be investigated and see if there are emails that are a "smoking gun".

Republicans oppose voter fraud while Democrats, having practiced it for a very long time, are good at it. This time, the pandemic and the post office are some the windows they are trying to sneak through. Thankfully, the Appeals Court stopped this one particular avenue through the mails.

I don't think voter fraud is a massive issue but it does happen on rare occasion. Here are some more recent examples of voter fraud.

https://www.politico.com/news/2020/0...r-fraud-362072

Watkins was charged by Shawnee County District Attorney Michael Kagay with “Interference with a law enforcement officer, falsely report a felony intending to obstruct; voting without being qualified; and knowingly mark/transmit more than one advance ballot,” according to Shawnee County court records.

Leslie McCrae Dowless was charged Tuesday with two counts of felony obstruction of justice, perjury, solicitation to commit perjury, conspiracy to obstruct justice and illegal possession of absentee ballots, according to a statement by Wake County District Attorney Lorrin Freeman.

https://www.cnn.com/2020/10/13/polit...aud/index.html

In at least three counties in the state -- Fresno, Los Angeles and Orange -- unofficial ballot drop boxes have popped up promising, wrongly, that they are "authorized" places where people can deposit their mail-in votes.
The California Republican Party is behind the effort, which a spokesman for the organization told CNN on Monday amounts to an opportunity for "friends, family, and patrons to drop off their ballot with someone they know and trust."
Except that it doesn't work that way under California election law. You can't just cut a hole in a cardboard box, write "authorized" on it and say that it's totally cool for voters to drop their ballots in it.

Voter suppression is a bigger issue and I'll go more into that in a later post. Since you brought up voter fraud, I thought a few examples would be illuminating

If I had as much time on my hands as you do I could find many more examples of Democrat fraud. Here’s a database you can search in your spare time though. https://www.heritage.org/voterfraud
