Twins have a 6-2 record. A fantastic start to the season under trying circumstances. 60 game season should make these games a little more precious compared to the 162 game season.

Go Twins!

This thread is about games and the progress to the World Series for the Twins. There is another thread up for the politics of the twins season.

Justin Morneau might be just about the best analyst I've ever heard on a baseball broadcast.

Glad I recently switched from Sling to Hulu.

Great come from behind victory tonight. The Twins were having a hard time hitting Holland the first 5 innings, but the Twins tied the game in the 6th, then walked off with the win in the 9th.

Don’t like seeing this line up get blanked like they did tonight for 5 innings, and when they were shut out by Bieber last week. But they’re still getting into the swing of things. Crazy thing is though...

Twins 8-2

10 games = 1/6th of the season. 15 will be 1/4th, and 20 games = 1/3rd of the season.

And that’s if they play 60 games.

Twins are looking in good shape 0-0 against the reds in the bottom of the 5th. Cubs are up on the sox 7-0, so it looks like the Twins will win the AL Central- knock on wood.

The Twins haven’t won a post season series since 2002, which was their first appearance since 1991. That’s quite a pitiful record. At least we know that the problem isn’t getting past the Yankees. It’s everyone.
