Hi Pia,

I understand why you don't want to disclose your price-range in this forum. As an agent in the Twin Cities, I'd be happy to give you a list of communities that would be considered "Best Places" from a low to high price range. Also, I'd be happy to dig up further information or discuss your criteria privately.

I would recommend Linden Hills, Country Club (near Minikahda Golf Course), Bellgrove, Kenwood & Isles, Town and Country, North Oaks (has a fantastic golf course), Dewey Hill (Braemar Golf Course), Wayzata and Gray's Bay.

I am unaware of any gated communities that contain a school. However, Benilde St. Margaret is located on the western end of the suburbs and is close to many of the areas I have listed above.

Please let me know if you'd like further information.
Thanks and happy searching! I know you will be happy living in the Twin Cities!
Sarah

Outside of a few central city neighborhoods and some areas of first tier suburbs

What areas in particular would be included in these areas, . . .name of area and/or street and highway borders?

I'm 27 and relocating to the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. I'm working in Roseville, MN. What areas should I look into? I'll be renting.

What kind of neighborhood do you like? The more specifics you can provide, the better answers you will get. I'd first check out Roseville itself (or the areas immediately adjacent) to see if it's the kind of place you enjoy, as if it is then you'd have a very easy commute.
