I don't know. It would not surprise me. He just passed the 10,000 yard rushing mark and was the third fastest in NFL history to reach that mark. If they do that for him, I think Fran Tarkenton ought to be honored in some way too. He directed the Vikings to the Super Bowl three times (first time was under Joe Kapp). They were not wins, but it is the furthest the team has achieved, so it is worthy of honor. He also held several NFL passing records for a long time after he retired. I think most have been exceeded now, but it was still an impressive accomplishment.

Peterson is nothing special, there are others who have done this. He makes enough money for his effort and talent. To put a picture, would be, well let's say laughable. If I'm down I'll drive to the stadium and look at it and it will make me feel good!

They should let the smokers decide on the logo. Since they are the ones who got shafted into paying for the thing after Gov Goofy realized his pipe dream of pulltabs won't pay for a billion dollar stadium
