Not quite but close ... One could say its more Miami in summer and Canada in winter. When them WinterFronts come down ....

Interesting base and certainly colorful. Must be a podium-style with a parking garage there? Hopefully still street-level options too.

Miami has been in a building boom for the past 20 years.
In 1999 Miami only had 4 skyscrapers taller than 500 feet.
Since 2000 it has added 54 more skyscrapers of that height or more.
It currently ranks 3rd. in the US in that category trailing only Chicago & NYC.

With the household income in DAde county at $45k and it takes $71k to
buy a median priced home no wonder
people are leaving. Then you toss

I’ve said that if you want to live in
Miami Dade county comfortable you
Better make at least $100k.
