I recently moved from NYC and I have been having a hard time finding a Dominican hairdresser. Please help.

Because here in NYC, the Dominican women do a lot of the black/afro-hispanic types of hair and have opened many shops. They are the experts on that type of hair.

LTorres... I know of a couple of places. One gets very busy. I had a manicure there one time so I saw the activity.

Where abouts in Miami would you be wanting to have one? I'm not positive about the exact addresses but could find out for you.

Not at all. They're regular hair salons and they also have manicurists.

Well I love the way Dominican women do hair. They are great! Im in the Kendall area and I have had a hard time with these hair dressers. I actually found one called the Dominican beauty salon in the Hammocks. Its on 162nd Ave and Kendall drive in a shopping center. There hrs are 10-7 try them you will be happy.

Liz If anyone knows of another place let me know.

Default dominican hair salon in Miami

A friend of mine told me about a place just south of the Falls on US-1, in the shopping center where Blockbuster is. She says they are great, and very reasonable priced. She got a full color, highlights, cut and blowdry for $130.00 this past Saturday (amazing!), and her hair looks great!

Sorry, I don't know the name or exact address.
