I'm a good looking, young and social guy who just turned 21 two months ago and I was looking to start working in a bar environment in Miami as a barback with hopes of eventually working my way up to a bartender. One place I'm going to apply to is The Blue Martini Lounge in Brickell, and was wondering if you all could list off a bunch of bars/clubs/lounges in the Brickell/downtown/Grove area similar to that type of environment that would higher entry level barbacks (or higher for any entry level positions for that matter). Would love to work in a position that makes like $100+ in tips every night, if possible. South Beach/Miami Beach however, appears too rigid in who they hire, and seems way too difficult to break into (I'll wait till I cut down to a single digit BF% first lol).
