That is one way to devalue your city. In any other US city this guy would have been arrested already.

But read this article:

Its also going on in Cleveland and Atlanta. I'm sure its going on in other cities but the activists are just smart enough not to make thier actions public.

I have to say the Overtown neighborhood is the poorest I have seen so far.
The whole area looked like one giant slum.
