Liberal utopias that we should all follow took the top five. My commute when I lived in the burbs for a bit and commuted to NY was 1 hr. & 45 minutes one way...seat to seat.

I find NYC to be one of, if not THE, easiest cities to get around in, in this country.
If people choose to sit in a car in traffic on congested roads for hours, that's their problem. I always put the car away and strictly get around via public transit when I am there. It is MUCH faster, very cheap, and runs on robust schedules.

The issue with cities not on that list is that we HAVE to drive to get where we're going, unless we depend on awful bus systems, or very limited commuter trains, if there even are any to begin with.

That being said, I find Miami's traffic to be quite good compared to other Florida major cities, and that can be attributed to the region actually having decent roadway infrastructure. There are a lot of cars, but unlike Tampa and Orlando, the traffic generally remains flowing.

The problem isn’t our roads; it’s our drivers

Funny, in another report released two weeks ago, Miami was sixth in all of N.A and 9th globally.

The drivers are awful. Definitely agree with you there.

You have to be a Masochist if you drive yourself into New York City everyday. More than half of the population doesn't even own cars. There are more efficient ways to get into the city like the Subway which is only is $2.80 per ride.
Also I'm not sure what "liberal Utopias" has to do with this since two of the cities listed in the Top 10 are in Ruby Red Texas.

90% of the bad drivers are FROM Miami....

There's a saying I was told when I first moved there in the 90s that still holds true to this day. Everyone in Miami gets their license from a cereal box. I've never dropped so many **** madre's/Coño while driving than I have in Miami... Toronto is up there too, but not as bad.
