Only looking one way when you're making a turn. Getting towed for overstaying 15 minute limited, but not getting towed if you park ON the sidewalk, beeping your horn as soon as you hear someone else beep their horn, wearing white calve socks

there's a slight variation to that one.....

walking or the right side.....and suddenly stopping to take a phone call or text...and just stand there

...that's the same person that puts their cart on one side of the aisle at the grocery store

then stands on the other side while window shopping something

and never looks up or behind them to see how many people they are blocking

Here's one I can add from experience:

- Doing a photoshoot with your luxury car while someone is waiting for a parking spot.
- Parking anywhere, even on the walkways

Both was in the MIA airport parking garage (either Dolphin or Flamingo, can't remember which one)

Numbness to the 18 or 20% “service charge” automatically added to your restaurant bill at many places.
