There is no such thing as a world list that isn't anecdotal. That's a pointless inane argument. Miami beat out it's competition, especially Montreal, in this GCFI Index and that's all there is to it. Be mad. Miami still doesn't care.

People rate it, there's a bias, therefore not an accurate list.

And you have to factor Covid too, most cities on that lost closed down. Give it a few years and then come back and analyze the list

Except this ranking was just released and GFCI puts out such results twice a year—it’s not based on 2020-2022, it’s current. Yes, will be interesting to see results going forward.

All of it is manufactured. Including the ones you've referenced in the past. None of it changes the fact that Miami beat out Montreal along with Toronto and Atlanta in the GCFI index. Again, be mad and cry about it.

Miami isn't so much a tech hub, but when it comes to finance, it's just right behind NY & Chicago. It's a nice indicator of future growth and Miami will continue to grow in this area.

exactly, and it becomes a self-fulfilling prophesy

notice when all these high end restaurants started showing up.....and news started reporting it

....what was the first thing that happened?

even more high end restaurants opened even faster...as fast as they can

Miami went from hot dogs at Duffy's....to the #1 foodie thing almost over night

What's intriguing is how young Miami still is and that the city is only just beginning to hit her stride. So much more to come in the near future. It's exciting!
