I like the Gables and the Grove. Probably prefer the Grove slightly over the Gables as it seems to be a bit easier to travel in and out of. With that said, Edgewater is a little more funky which I prefer. Everybody has their likes and dislikes. I couldn't live in the Grove, but love to visit my friends down there. Too many teenagers and families for me to want to live there. And gets really chaotic during season.
