Right after Citadel announced they were leaving Chicago because of the high crime, Chicago announces police officers are no longer allowed to pursue fleeing criminals suspects except for the most serious of crimes.
Miami's politicians may have some minor character flaws but thank God they are not totally wacked out like those in other large cities.

This is huge.

I have been following the migration of these large, stupidly lucrative hedge funds from New York, Connecticut, etc. Point72 and Goldman were shocks, though they still have HQ in those respective places, but their management is SFL based now. I think it’s fair to say Miami is quickly becoming the go-to finance hub in the country.

Big loss for Chicago; huge win for South Florida.
