So, nothing close to a little Italy? What about a Koreatown I read was in the jewelry district, fashion district or somewhere along those lines?

Sorry I don't know any Italian enclaves.
Try South Beach or Broward.

Miami's Koreatown is more of a Korean fashion business enclave in Wynwood, they live out in the suburbs.

Italians are concentrated in Miami Beach but with a growing mix throughout the rest of Miami.

Pinecrest also has a lot of wealthy South Americans.

I think most of wealthy latinos are in Coral Gables.
Pinecrest it's the only place of the whole county (along with Miami Shores and Cutler Bay) which remain white-majority.

Depending on where in Cutler Bay, but it is a heck of lot more white non Hispanics then say Kendall. Hubby doesn't feel like the lone white Midwestern guy in the whole nieghborhood.

Lol that's right. Some white places in Dade:

- Surfside
- Pinecrest
- Coral Gables
- Miami Shores
- North Beach
- West of Homestead area
