They take enough of our money as it is....but then again, we can cut straight to the chase without all the 'whining' and dining.

I think it's safer. Sex industry will be more regulated and clean, and authorities will have more knowledge of what's going on. This will help to maintain a doable and safer environment for the both the prostitutes and the customer. Human trafficking and exploitation will always be prevalent as it exists everywhere, even in countries where prostitution is legal; but I guess, to offer a more organized environment is the least we can do for the already exploited women. It's like choosing for the lesser evil.
