Generally, in my experience you'll find more attractive, better educated women (and men...) in DC than Baltimore on the average. Of course there are individuals in Baltimore who fit that description, but they're much fewer in number. D.C. women are more diverse because of the city's
prominent position in world politics. A guy's got to be
careful not to fall in love with an international transient
and only be left with a Facebook romance.

Baltimore women are more insular and guarded. Sometimes
the guarded behavior can be mistaken for hostility but it really
a see-thru shell constructed to prevent emotional contact.
A guy's got to bring a spoon with him to crack that shell.
