D.C. women are more diverse because of the city's
prominent position in world politics. A guy's got to be
careful not to fall in love with an international transient
and only be left with a Facebook romance.

Baltimore women are more insular and guarded. Sometimes
the guarded behavior can be mistaken for hostility but it really
a see-thru shell constructed to prevent emotional contact.
A guy's got to bring a spoon with him to crack that shell.
