...grow up and learn how to drive safely.

I saw someone shine one this morning into another car as they were passing.
(Laser car was passing "victim")

Have you ever seen someone on the highway shining a laser from their vehicle?

I've never seen this, but I will agree that whoever did this needs to grow up.

It reminds me of those immature teens that were shining laser pointers at helicopters. I remember them talking about this on the news several times, warning how dangerous it is. I certainly wouldn't want anyone shining a bright light like that at me when I'm on the road.

Pointing a laser pointer at a driver is not only dangerous, it is also a criminal offense. Hopefully you wont encounter that again, but if you do, call the police and give a description of the vehicle to include the license plate # and a description of the offender.

+1, definitely call the police if you see something like this.

Of all the laser pointers to do this with, the green is the most intense and brightest. You can literally temporarily blind someone if you get it in their eyes for only a second.
