Does anyone know how long it takes to reverse commute, by car, from Greenpoint, Brooklyn to Syosset, LI. I would be most grateful for any advice!

During rush hour? I would say 45-60 minutes maybe.

I tried the car for a while from court st. downtown brooklyn to cold spring harbor and at best I did 90 minutes. mostly 2 hrs sometimes more - I found it more of a hassle than the train which I really hated.
