I paid 2.69 a gallon in Islip on Union Blvd at the new 7-11. I couldn't believe it.

And the market usually does a “Santa rally” towards end of year. It’s an actual term used believe it or not.

It's a little early for a Santa Rally.

Christmas Spending
The Santa Claus rally happens after Christmas, so we can’t clearly attribute it to holiday spending. Still, the period between Christmas and New Year’s, when many people are off work, tends to be busy with shopping activity from returning unwanted gifts, buying unreceived wish-list items and mining year-end sales.

Eh depends on who you ask. It’s any where usually from December 15 to end of the year hence why I said towards the end of the year. Market up 5 percent or so in a month Amazon hitting a 52 week high today. I could care less when it starts. Holiday shopping season is usually always good to invest.

A person mentioned to me that PPB is about the same as when Bill Clinton was President of the United States.

and one day after paying less than three dollars a gallon for gasoline for the first time in almost three years, our favorite Long Island power supplier announced an 11.6% increase in customer bills next year due to "increased anticipated costs of fuel and power".
