As a combat military veteran, I fought for our rights and still bear the scars for the fight of our freedom to exercise those rights. Many warriors before and after me paid the ultimate price for these rights and never came home. Quite frankly most people aren’t concern about rights and freedoms until it directly negatively affects them. If anyone in our country exercises their rights that may or may not directly affect me, I say “thank you”. I’m sure they’re people in other countries such as North Korea, China etc that wish they had the rights and freedom that we have and enjoy here.

His rights are fine until the camera is up in your face simply for being in the area where he decides to loiter around. Any decent person would stop recording if they had a shred of consideration for the person that does not want to be filmed. No, not because he HAS to stop, but because someone asked him not to because it makes them uncomfortable. You do not need a legal to stop doing something that someone does not like you doing. It is called common courtesy, something this guy has none of. Why not go out and buy a drum set and put them outside your neighbor's window who just had a new baby and then start banging on them up until 10:59:59 every night, every day of the week forever? It is the same thing. You have a right to do it. The difference is, most people aren't a-holes and choose to not ruin other people's lives.
Pick your battles. Why not fight Uncle Joe from taking bribes from enemies or forcing people to get a shot they do not want? That would make more sense than to beat your chest and say "I can videotape you in public all day. You cannot expect privacy in public. Just lock yourself in your house forever to avoid coming in contact with unemployed losers." Can we close this ridiculous thread. It is not even worth responding to at this point. If you need to watch this kind of thing, watch the Ammaghanset Press guy. Much more informative and not as confrontational unless you really start in with him. He is actually likeable.

Most of the people who get up close on the camera confront him and come closer.

Hès just a moron on YouTube trying to get a reaction for hits. Entering a police facility or courthouse to film is not being a savior of the constitution. It's being a loser threatening the privacy of domestic violence, sexual assault victims who come to police stations to make reports and go to court.
