Maybe people should have no expectation of some harasser to bother them in public.

You may feel different.y if he camped out on the street in front of your house all day and night to record your family’s every move. He is allowed got a problem with that? Do you know why no one does that in real life. It’s because they have their own lives and aren’t inconsiderate lunatics
if you watched he doesnt get in peoples faces and just wanders the public areas...

Film all you want outside in public.....its called closing the shades if you want privacy.

Just a few things on Mr. Sean Paul Reyes... he's a convicted felon -- did three years or so upstate for Attempted Robbery 1st degree; you know, the kind where a weapon is used or he seriously hurt someone. So, he clearly has no respect for anyone else’s rights but his own. And yup; he’s paid his debt to society, but most folks I know don’t go from jay walking to a B felony charge the first time out. He’s been known to walk through parking lots uttering curses and racial slurs at people who happen to be there. He's filming people who, at least at social services, are in a position to need some type of help and they might not want to be part of his story… and speaking of his “investigative journalism” skills…where’s the finished product? He’s now taking to showing up at the houses of public figures and asking/harassing their family members with his nonsense. Furthermore… be honest; some big guy shows up at your house, unannounced and starts harassing your spouse, who’s a good foot shorter and thirty years or so older what would your reaction be? In regards to the warrant – it’s presumably a warrant of arrest, which means you have 6 months to make the arrest or it can be dismissed at hand. There’s approximately 2500 members of the Nassau Police, roughly 300 of which are detectives. It’s certainly *not* unheard of for the Detective Division to use the plainclothes officers to look for and grab subjects. And lastly, in another jurisdiction, Sean has already been convicted for his nonsense. He’s smart enough and articulate enough [at least now] to know how far to push the envelope; I’m assuming the time when he was beaten up in prison and sued the state for not protecting him taught him something. Sean is looking to monetize his obnoxious behavior via clicks on YouTube. Nothing more.

Another ridiculous statement. So, we have to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on houses here on the island and the another $15k/yr or more and have to keep the blinds, shades, windows shut so that some loser outside pointing a camera cannot record us. Sounds reasonable. There is a thin line between legal and jackass. Even thinner than you think.

You obviously didn’t pay any attention when he showed up at the NCPD commissioners house and ambush his wife accusing him of having an affair with zero evidence.
