Folks - does anybody know what time one has to get there to get a parking spot? Also is it like any other beach day so we should probably bring our beach umbrella or way too crowded for that? Also are the restrooms open as usual? Any other tips you can provide for the first timer there will be helpful

Thank you.

Tons of threads already on this.

Just go to the search menu and type in Jones Beach Air Show.

I did a search and found 2 threads. Can you tell me what time and best place to watch the practice on Friday? Is it still the American airpower museum? Thanks

I can't talk about Friday/practice but in general if you try to get there before 10AM during the weekend, you'll get a decent parking spot. Pay attention to the weather (although it looks like both days look okay). Make sure to apply sunscreen, take an umbrella & cooler (no problem!) and since you're at the beach it actually might be a bit chilly with temperatures expected around 70 degrees).

Restrooms should be open as usual.
