my adjacent neighbors got into an argument over variance issue, next door neighbor didnt want the 2 door down neighbor from coming so close to his house. Appx 4ft from the fence.

next door neoghbor denied and a whole fight broke out (not physical).

they are no longer friends.

even without the approval the town allowed them to build as suit. it's the home owners right to be able to build as long as it's upto code.

So i asked my neighbor why have a hearing? and make evryone look bad? (I got the invitation also but i never went)

the town allows you to voice your opinion as a neighbor but it has no weight.

I am in TOB also syosset.
