So National grid told me they are coming today (Saturday) between 7 and 1 to do a meter installation. No one has called or showed up yet. I asked them repeatedly if they do Saturday installations and they say yes. Is that true or did they lie to me? I have someone moving in on Monday and they need gas!!! And this is not a last minute thing. I've been calling them to do this for a long time and they just got to it this week.

I asked for a Saturday and I was told no, luckily my husband was off on the day I did select which was a Monday. Took the guy 40 minutes.
