You should go to Bing Maps - Driving Directions, Traffic and Road Conditions then just zoom in on the area of Jax you're interested in.

I'm curious, have any of you ever stopped on the emergency lane on the highway to snap a few pictures, more specifically, the emergency lane on the Henry H Buckman Bridge? I'm looking at it via google street view and it looks absolutely beautiful to stop in the middle of it and take a few quick pics. We don't have anything like that down here in south FL besides the Overseas Highway that leads to Key West.

I've never done that and I wouldn't suggest it. Someone gets out of control and you're a goner. Not worth a photo IMO.

Exactly! The emergency lane is for emergencies only, not picture taking.
