I went to Southside. It was a junior high up to 9th Grade. Everyone that went there said it looked like a jail. As far as the pool, they put so much chlorine in the water that your eyes would burn as soon as you walked into the pool area. I say the pool needs a lot of work.

it does!!! It's not worth the expense to revive it.

Default Beazer Homes

Hi All,

sorry to resurrect an old thread but I just wondered if anyone has any more information on this development? I've read a lot a bad things about Beazer homes on the net and wondered if this applied to the Shadow Creek community too. Does anyone know anyone that lives here? Is the build quality any good?

Thanks.

I have just recently looked at Shadow Creek Farms to buy a house and it looked like a great neighborhood, also loved how the houses looked. I drove around the neighborhood and loved how I saw a bunch of families going on walks and playing at the playground and pool there. I did notice the school and thought it didn't look that inviting.

Hello, it's been 8 years since the post was last updated and I just want to know if it's still a good idea to buy a house in shadow creek for north of 200K instead of just buying an older one in tipton or houses on the north side (parkside).
