Kmanshouse, I had to look in my book. Roots is listed in the "Thin" section. But I trust you if you say it has that Quad City root
I went to the one on Lawrence Avenue once or twice. I have to be honest, the pizza was just ok. But the Servers were awesome, funny, and friendly. And there were board games to play .
As far as opening again, I will happily go there again if they open SOON!

tonyp22, I'm looking at it right now, in fact. I had to look up the style of Roots' pizza, in response to Kmanshouse's post
If you like pizza or history of Chicago and its neighborhoods, I highly recommend it!
