Desertryder Update..
The 5 acres is out. They wanted Big money and I am cheap . It sold for asking price.
. So that gave us time to rethink a 2 acre place with a great family house and many trees.
It also leaves a few extra bucks for toys.
They accepted our offer on the 2 acres.
They say we can move in Dec 1 in Emmett Idaho.. I like the sound of that.
Back here in the Ghetto the septic tank has passed inspection and the water well has passed but we have to tent the house for Termites.
Just another slight hurdle and 1300 more dollars.
Now I am calling Bekins...

We will be living in our back yard for a few days.
The termite guys are coming this am and tenting our old house.
Have beer and cigars stashed in our 5th wheel so I will be ok.
The wife and kids are another story.
No computer for a few days so I am starting to shake already.
Better get some scotch for tonight cause we will be living in our trailer in the back 40.
