I have 160 acres just 8 miles Southeast of Moscow. Beautiful mature forests and fertile farm ground. Nearest neighbor is 3/4 of a mile away and there is a resident elk herk. I'm thinking of selling it for $500k. Land only, no homes built on it Anyone interested can email me at unclebigs@gmail.com

That's expensive farmland. I grew up there and my in-laws farm there and my father in-law can't get $3000 an acre for farmland.

Depends on where the land is, and how productive it is.

As luck would have it the Latah County Real Estate guide came in yesterdays paper. So I looked up listings on farmland to see if I was off base. They had farm land listing for as low as $2k and as high as over $6k per acre.

If the land mentioned is where I think it is, I stand by my original comment.

On a side note, El Cajon, California, up until the late 60's had a curfew in place for all African-Americans. Violation of that curfew landed a person in jail. White folk could do whatever they wanted whenever they wanted.

Just sayin'. I'm certainly glad I was born in '78 and grew up in a much more tolerant society. I didn't say totally tolerant...just much more tolerant.
