I often see many people on here saying they want to move to Idaho from California. After this current winter, 10 months straight of snow, I'm thinking the California weather is starting to sound a little more tempting!
Ah yes, but I am a native Idahoan, and my siblings still live there, so I keep up with the news there, and I am sure 10 months of snow is better that 2 or 3 years ( or more) without hardly any !!! Be thankful the reservoirs have been refilled, and you do not have to ration water !

Uh no, as much as I love winter in winter, CA is nowhere near tempting

This is what "snowbird vacation packages" are for...so you get a break from it, without having to move to that mess...
Looks like that ugly troth that has been hanging in Idaho for the last 2 months and causing the weather is finally going away.. Things look great starting Friday and by the weekend 80's are coming...Hang in there everyone.
Just a reality check for those of us reading this board outside of Boise....Has there literally been snow on the ground in Boise for 10 months? That seems a little....exaggerated.
Well, we started snow in November, and ended in early-mid May. So that's a max of 6.5 months for North Idaho...I think the OP went to hyperbole to make a point...or share frustration?
