I’ll be in the Twin Falls area in August. I’m having a difficult time finding places where my dog is allowed to swim using Google:/ Does anyone know if dogs are allowed in the water at any of the nearby lakes? Thx!

I haven't heard of anywhere a dog can't swim in the river or at a lake. I guess if it's a city park pond/pool it might not be allowed. You may have to travel a bit outside of town to get to a beach area along the Snake River, or some of the streams to the southeast or north of Twin Falls, but most anywhere the current is slow enough for a dog to enter the water then they should be allowed.

Be mindful of blue-green algae, especially in August. It can kill your dog.
