To the OP- What you are looking for is the most remote regions on earth. Try SE Alaska, on one of the Islands, where the only way in our out is by boat.

Nature is far from silent.

If the OP wants actual, deep silence, it's to be found easily in most cities; some boxes of sound-deadening acoustic foam tile will do the trick. Walking into a truly silent space feels like someone just clapped thick felt pads on both my ears every time I enter one.
When it's silent, it's very easy to hear your own heartbeat, and not much harder to hear someone else's. Clothing softly crackles, and a gal with naturally curly hair swore she could hear her hair growing when in a booth for hours.

When it gets that bad I just pop in ear plugs which will block out everything.

I would be very curious as to which parts of Idaho from East Idaho to Ada County perhaps away from Boise because of the traffic up to Weiser where I can get away from these noises into a newer home 10 years max to new construction and maybe up to one hour max away with some distance between neighbors for privacy and a house with a sewer system . I don't want to see or hear kids/adults riding up and down the streets with their bikes, cars, ATV's and loud bass stereos or any of that side show crap.
Maybe Middleton, Parma, Nampa, Fruitland?
We are on outskirts of Nampa...IT 's not really Nampa))) It is VERY quiet here ( sometimes it is deafening quiet and we have great Owyhee views... We are selling our house, due to moving for church in Ohio... We are selling for reasonable price, because my husband is an appraiser. We have about 4 acres. House is a good size(2400) house... 15 min drive to get to the stores etc... Pm me if interested.. We just put our house on sale 3 days ago.

Nampa is primarily rural homes with septic tanks? and private well for water source?
Or a combination of subdivision new homes with water from city as well as sewer?
Country subdivisions?

Nampa is a city of almost 100,000. Believe it or not, they do have a sewer system.

If you live outside of city limits in the agricultural areas then most likely you would have a septic system.
