Hi all,
We would like to settle in Boise or near. Currently, we are living in Canada and we know a visa T1 is needed. A letter from an employer is needed to et the visa.
My husband is a civil engineer and we have children.
What is the best to find a job or an interview ? Or some advise, or relevant company, web site ?
Thanks

If they don't have anything, ask if they have any other suggestions.

If you like Boise, try Calgary before going through the immigration hurdle. It feels like a larger version of Boise or what Boise will eventually be decades down the road when the population grows.

I'm looking at ways to stay in Canada and settle there.

I know a guy who worked for a large engineering consulting firm in Houston TX at one time, either Haliburton or Kellogue BROWN??
He said there are many foreign nationals, some are Canadians.
With the stimulus bill soon to pass,I would think these firms will be hiring, take a look at these firms,no sure if they have offices in Boise Idaho
