Felt like AZ the past few days with 13 percent humidity and almost 100 temps.

So, so thankful for AC. We didn’t have it at the cabin on the river.

Yes, that has to be quite a change for that area.....but if you were in AZ, it would've been 110F. Gotta wonder of the waning of El Nino has something to do with it. You are welcome to keep it out there LOL; our July-Aug seems have been a tad cooler and/or less humid than usual. (We often get 95 to 100 with 80-95% humidity and dewpoints exceeding 70F!)

Hope the fires stay at bay out there.

We had a temp of 120 once when I lived in AZ...horrible.
But yeah, I’m familiar with the awful humidity back east. I’m from back there originally and spent several years in GA.
No thanks!
This heat spell is not really a change for here though. We usually get temps in the 90’s here at some point in the summer and many years it breaks 100. At least it’s dry though.
We lived off-grid for years so no AC then but it’s very nice to have now.

We're supposed to get a cooldown. Last time I looked, Sunday is supposed to be a high of 68-with badly needed rain. Just hope there is no lightning with it.

And here’s the cool down. Big storm...hail, heavy rain, thunder, lightning and wind down on Windy Bay.

One of the main reasons I love this place. Just enough variability to keep things interesting.
