That's what some interior experts are indicating.
Mirrored furniture is back in style. Not only is it a good way to add glamour to your living room, but it's also a practical choice for those who want to make their home look bigger. Mirrored furniture reflects light, making any dark room seem instantly brighter.

The best thing about metallic and mirrored furniture is that it can actually blend in with a ton of different design styles.

What's your take?

A good way to display finger prints and dog nose smudges!

The article was published over 3yrs ago-
The author is a “journalist” by trade and education.

Certainly would not classify her as an “interior expert”. So where are these “experts” you mentioned?

My take? Take it, or leave it- it’s a personal choice. But, reading all the comments after the article, I’d say the overwhelming majority went “thumbs down”!

Yeah. Wouldn't be my choice either.
But trends (often old) come and go. So, who knows...
I saw it mentioned on several articles lately

Just wonder....

I normally purposefully ignore trends - by definition they come and go and in a jiffy it looks stupid.

I myself am much more of a mid century modern guy, so the bling isn’t for me at all anyway.

Say it isn't so.
Don't like chrome, don't like mirrors on furniture. But to each their own.

I like a mirrored piece in a living room or dining room setting but think it did absolutely nothing for that bedroom where the article showed a chest of drawers next to the bed.

The article was three years old, by the way (some poster above already said that, but I wanted to say it again, haha)
