I'm a newbie to this group. I am coming into a bit of $$$ and want to take advantage of the foreclosures, abandoned homes, etc. I hope to get to know many of you. My #1 goal is to have a summer place in the Western NC mtns (Asheville, Maggie Valley or around there) AND a winter home in the area of GA/FL state line near Fernandina, St.Mary's...close to water, preferably the coast. I am willing to learn and Armando Montolongo is me in a man's body. I would do flipping IF it will keep my money turning over in a positive way.
I'm college educated, work as a RN independent contractor, and will keep doing so even with the new found $$$. I also have ideas for several other businesses...even in this economy they will be fine in the places I want to settle.

I am a realtor in the Fort Bend County area in Texas. It has been one of the fastest growing areas for the past 10 years. Just let me know if I can help.
    Thanks, Steven
