Hello everyone. Planning to come down to the Seminole Hard Rock and coming via the Brightline from Orlando. Which Brightline station stop would be closer to the Hard Rock casino? Aventura; Fort Lauderdale; or Miami? Also, are there any beachfront hotels near the Seminole Hard Rock; and would we need to stay in Fort Lauderdale or in Hollywood? Thanks in advance for your help!

Brightline stop in Fort Lauderdale.

Nothing you would want to stay in surrounding the Hard Rock (its a rough area). Google street map the area.

I attended a concert there last year, It was cheaper for me to stay at the Ritz Carlton on Ft Lauderdale beach than it was to stay in a premium room at the HR.

Plenty of options to stay in East Ft Lauderdale with more to do than getting stuck out at the HR unless you area a slot junkie and that's all you want to do. HR is like an average casino hotel in Reno NV, if you are expecting the Wynn or Bellagio you are going to be disappointed.

The beach is nowhere close to the Hard Rock Hotel. They're about 9 miles apart.

Check out the Desoto Inn on Hollywood Beach. It's half the rate of the chain hotels and a beautiful old-Florida property with tropical landscaping but modern amenities.

Thanks y’all for the info! Took the Brightline to Fort Lauderdale and Lyft’d to the Hard Rock. Ended up staying across the street from HR at the Dolce by Wyndham. Nice hotel and didn’t encounter any issues; with free shuttle service to the HR. Also Lyft’d to Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, which I really enjoyed that area. Thanks again!! Still considering relocating to PBC or Broward from Orange, and added Hollywood to my list of cities to consider.

The Seminole Hard Rock Casino is supposed to be within a Seminole Reservation just nearby Hollywood. It's not a part of the city of Hollywood, but it's practically adjacent to the city of Hollywood: https://www.google.com/maps/place/12...l=en&entry=ttu

Hollywood is a great option! Without knowing your housing budget, I would recommend a few neighborhoods. Here are some map links...

@kyle19125 Thank you for the info! Budget is $500K Max; and interested in condo or townhome, rather than single-family. Saw a condo for sale in downtown Hollywood (Van Buren & 19th St) that appears to be in a nice area. But can’t really tell from the pics of the location. Plus the condo dues were crazy at $923/mo.

The Hollywood Circle area near the Arts Park and Downtown is a nice area with a mix of high-rise condos and older, established single family home blocks that are typically well-kept up. Condo fees can seem high but deep dive into what they include. Sometimes it's some of the utilities like water or wi-fi and of course includes homeowners insurance which has shot up like crazy state-wide. Are you considering something closer to the beach? There's a nice one at 322 Buchanan Street.

@kyle19125 OK, thank you I’ll add that area to my list. Close proximity to the beach is not much of a requirement; moreso safe areas to live and walk/run; and convenient location to grocery stores, etc. Thanks again for all the info!
