It's fine. You have an entrance to Palm-Aire and Cypress Bend from Powerline Road. Pretty solidly middle class.

We actually drove by today sightseeing for condos and we liked the neighborhood pretty much: clean, safe, diverse, green, nice condos, etc. Do you know though where do their residents would go for shopping? we drove around for a while and down Powerline Rd, and although we saw a few stripped malls here and there, we did not see one supermarket or pharmacy as far down as West Cypress Creek Road. Maybe you have go up north to W Atlantic Blvd?

roll EAST.

This was filmed off Hammondville Road (north of Atlantic/Powerline). It gets rough quick up by the strip clubs. 3 miles from Palm Aire/ Casino area.

Pompano Beach-hammondville-rd.png

Hammondville Rd is actually 5 plus miles approx. from the Pam Aire entrance on Powerline Rd . That is about the distance between Wilton Manors and Lauderdale Lakes or Lauderhill. Being in SE FL, (Dade, Broward, even Palm Beach counties) there's always a good chance you'll have a bad neighborhood in about 5 plus miles wherever you are, I am afraid.
