So is there "fine and fun" dining in Weston? I've searched, and have come up blank. I'm trying to find pocket communities outside of Weston as well.
Ireland's Steakhouse in Weston (in Bonaventure to be exact) is a fine dining place.

Duffy's, Smoke on the Water - those are fun places.

Coral Ridge is like a very nice suburb, but basically in the middle of Fort Lauderdale. One of the nicest areas too.

You will find nice place to go out near both ends of Bayview Rd which runs through Coral Ridge. Rainbow Palace Chinese, Kaluz, Blue Moon Fish Company, Gatsby's Joint (talk about a fun place), Blue Martini, Galleria Mall, and many more. But Coral Ridge homes are pricey.

Another nice area is Lake Ridge.

I've received 2 private messages from realtors soliciting my business. I am not interested in looking for a realtor and would not look for one on a public message board if I were. Frankly, these kinds of messages turn me off more than anything else.

Thank you for understanding.

I hate to sound like a broken record but you guys are perfect candidates for Victoria Park. Also look at Colee Hammock. It is the neighborhood attached to Las Olas. You can get a nice, luxury townhouse in your price range. Most of the townhouses are 3000+ square feet under air with private pools and rooftop terraces and views of the Fort Lauderdale skyline within walking distance to Las Olas.

East Fort Lauderdale is great for what you want BUT check your insurance quotes. I have heard of some shocking renewal rates recently.

Thank you, Blueherons. Those areas do look awesome!

And yes, City Guy, we've lived in FL before so I get it about the insurance concern.

Thanks!
