I like to stock up when my store does BOGO. Slice some for chops. Grind up some for ground pork patties. The rest I do Root Beer Pulled Pork in the crock pot. Bag up what I dont use right now and add it to my freezer stash. I cook all meat before I freeze it.
if you have a LIDL nearby they have several pretty good bottles of marinades for chicken wings -- I use them on pork loins. My favorite is the garlic parmesan -- you can always add a little extra seasoning or lemon juice.

Easy sauce for a pork loin that I can throw in a bowl to marinate overnight then throw on a pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Goals. One of my jobs is at a grocery store and sometimes they have those flavored pork loins on short date sales. It's cheap and I can usually get 2 meals out of 1.
1) Easy and preferably from a bottle or close. I have 3 jobs. Time is limited.
2) I don't like subtle flavors. I like intense flavor coming at me with a hockey mask and a running chainsaw.
45 minutes at 350 sounds like a tenderloin? If so, I usually make a brine with a few crushed cloves of garlic and some fresh Rosemary, brine it for 5-6 hours then cook.
