Chili, hearty beef & barley soup, Thai style green or yellow chicken & potato curry (we make it spicy by adding a good amount of curry paste), beef stew, pot roast with mashed potatoes, Vietnamese style beef rice noodle soup (i.e., pho), pork tamales, chicken noodle soup, Korean style spicy grilled/BBQ pork (i.e., pork bulgogi), Kung Pao chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, vegetarian biryani (spicy, of course!), Tandoori chicken (must be spicy!), chicken/turkey pot pies, jambalaya, and Butter Chicken.

Pinto beans with carrot/onion/garlic/mayoran and a hefty smoked ham shank are happily getting to know each other in the crock pot in the garage.

I made bean soup with ham last night and homemade bread.
Beef stew and chili are favorites in the winter.
Shepherds Pie is a recent addition, and it is really hearty in the cold weather.
