“Bhad Bhabie” (real name Danielle Bregoli) purchased a mansion in Boca Raton a year ago for $6.1 million, and just listed it for sale for $7.89 million - an almost 30% increase from her original purchase price.

For those who don’t know who this is (lucky you! Seriously…), Bregoli originally was featured on Dr. Phil on September 14, 2016, due to her rampant juvenile delinquency, which led to her becoming viral on the internet as a meme, and eventually entering the rap music industry, as well as opening an onlyfans account. Both of her “ventures” earned her over $77,000,000, which is how she was able to purchase the aforementioned property.

It is now being sold as Bregoli, age 20 at this time, prepares for motherhood (she is months pregnant).

Aside from the drama surrounding this unsavory goofaloop, I have to wonder if the house did truly gain 30% value in just a year….

Googled her. You couldn't pay me $100 to see her naked on Onlyfans. Not that I would ever be caught dead on that stupid site anyway. The girl is ugly. When you see articles about Onlyfans these women are sub par, trashy looking. How would pay to see unattractive women??

She will probably end up broke like those other cRappers you see getting their big homes foreclosed and luxury cars repoed. Happens in Atlanta to them a lot.

Happens to the VAST majority of them. Most of them aren't "rich," but they think they are because of advances from the music industry, and the fact that they get to drive a bunch of high end luxury cars and whatnot (most of which aren't theirs.)
They buy up all sorts of junk, only to later realize that "OOPS! We have to pay taxes o these things, and that advance is a one-time lump sum, not reoccurring."
Only the ones who are consistently able to sell out stadiums (Drake, Eminem, 50 Cent, Lil Wayne, etc.) are truly wealthy, and they typically are not involved in all sorts of nasty sleaze.


Who the hell is paying to see this girl naked? LMAO! She's in for quite the awakening, as looks only last so long, and the pregnancy will take a massive hit on her "success." Without any sort of actual talent, incoming nosedive.

I can only speak for South Florida (Miami/Fort Lauderdale/etc.), and it’s been years since I’ve been out of the “dating market”, but, my understanding and experience with the vast majority of women here (there are always exceptions to the rule, of course) is that Floridian women have a highly inflated ego and sense of worth (even the “lower end” ones on the attractiveness spectrum) because, for many reasons, men in this state are extremely desperate for any type of female, and that drives it.

That is an important consideration, and one I’m glad you brought up. Doesn’t matter how much money one has if one is unable to manage it properly for the short and long terms.

With the market in Florida the way it's going, you may ask but you will not necessarily get it.

With my recent purchase in Tampa, between initial ask and what the seller eventually got, the gap was close to 20%.....I monitored the market (and keep monitoring) and these large gaps are normal occurrence.

Obviously these large luxury mansions follow a different market logic compared to mere mortal homes still the rules are the same, asking is different than actually getting. Actually for very expensive homes the deep discounts are more normal even in hot markets because the buyer pool is much more limited and less prone to emotional decisions.

That is an important consideration, and one I’m glad you brought up. Doesn’t matter how much money one has if one is unable to manage it properly for the short and long terms.

I'm in SWFL. The type of women in Florida, especially the southern half is horrific. Lots of fatties, tatted up, peircings, etc. etc. Very few desirable women. Places like Tampa and Orlando a bit better. Hottie girls. But overall looks wise Florida women don't impress me. Just not a lot of hot women.

I'm from St. Louis and up there far more hotter women and also not as fat.

I'd rather be single than have trash like this anyway!
