Please describe the culture of any FL cities or regions about which you are knowledgeable. I am looking for specific explanations, not "Miami has a Hispanic Latino culture" - explain what that means beyond food, language, or music. Don't just say Tallahassee has a Southern culture - explain what that means beyond a slight southern accent.

Please keep the focus to the attitudes, values, character, social norms, and way of life of the people.

I'm gone. Won't return. You successfully ran me off. I could sense the irritation from several here, annoyed by my inquiries and my personality. Bye.

Don't let another member drive you off this forum. Ignore them. C-D has a wealth of information.

Miami isn't just latino, its also very gym bro and very wanna-be Kardashian. People are very social status obsessed down there, despite making poverty-esque wages.

The Orlando metro area tends to be the typical suburban Sunbelt lifestyle. While the food scene has improved over the years it's still very geared toward chain/fast food restaurants. The performing arts follows suit with minimal participation beyond the well-heeled who are a tiny segment of the overall population. There are visible Hispanic, SE Asian and South Asian cultures here however they tend to keep to themselves minus the immersion/mix seen in some cities. My take will be disputed by the usual suspects but having lived elsewhere...know otherwise.

Your post is offensive and uncalled for. The OP's question very much pertains to what this forum is about, so not sure what you expect to see in lieu of it.

There isn't anything to dispute lol...

I will add, however, that there is a sizable Caribbean population, and the culture and markets to match.

Just curious, is this your experience based on living in Miami or just visiting?
