Read the Constitution.

Medical marijuana, and eventually full legalization with full regulation and taxation, will eventually come to Florida too, be patient.

And if you can't, well then move to a state like Colorado, Washington, Alaska, or California if you can afford it.

Good Luck!

You can now add Oregon to that list .

I feel disappointed medical marijuana did not win,I do not take drugs of any kind but do believe in the healing properties of herbs. I do not however want a bunch of high people driving for safety reasons but I just really believe medical marijuana is a good thing.

If you are right, then I guess that shows just how treacherous he is.

Seriously, how can anyone vote for Crist? The dude was a Republican and got tossed out. He then decides to just change his beliefs, values and viewpoints in a matter of a few months to become a Democrat. Doesn't that make anyone second guess his intentions? To me, this shows him to have no ethics, no moral character and to be a liar. I would never vote for someone like that.

I'm no fan of Scott, but it's a relief to know I won't have to watch Charlie simpering and holding out his ring to be kissed for the next four years.

You ARE aware that Scott did agree to Medicaid expansion in the spring of 2013, after he had originally rejected it in 2012. It was the State of Florida legislature that rejected this measure.

Oh please. He didn't get tossed out...he didn't even run for the governorship in 2010. If he had he no doubt would have won from all the votes by the people who castigated him in this election.

Florida is really the dumbest state in the nation. No contest.

I think Crist made a grave mistake by not bringing down the Prez to rally extra support from the base. Although the Prez isn't very popular right now, he's still a draw within his own party. Mid-term elections are about firing up your base and getting them to polls, not so much winning independents as in Presidential election years. The Prez could not have swayed swing voters, but in an election like this swing voters don't really decide the race. The Prez could have at least brought enthusiasm amongst younger voters who could have made a difference. Here Crist lost a few thousand which he may have made up bringing down the Prez to get those less enthusiastic voters out to the polls.

OK taking off my CNN political analysts hat now.
