I have had forehead wrinkles from my 20s and now in my 40s would like to remove them. My first preference would of course be naturally but doesn't seem to be happening even though I have used retinol etc. The 2nd option is laser skincare or botox. Laser seems to be more expensive but not sure what would be more long lasting and less painful?

Botox is crap, imo. You'd have to redo it every couple of months and that is not cheap then. I have no idea about laser treatment, but I would also look into lipofilling. The alternative would be a dermal filler, but that will only last a few months. However, that would looks more natural than botox.

Remove? Permanently??
You can't.
Oh, wait .. you can take a picture and try Photoshop
You can do peels to lighten the lines. There are chemical peels done at a med spa, and there are some gentler (and less impactful) options done at home.
I think Botox is the best bet. It lasts 3-4 months.
You won't be able to get rid of them permanenlty. All the procedures such as botox gives effect, but for some time ( it can be different, based on procedure, and your skin).
