Not just on rainy days for me. I like grey & wear it year-round!

I know you're asking the other poster, but no, but I'll check it out, thanks!
Let’s just say I just like cozying you in a sweater on a cold rainy day and staying inside .
I usually wear brighter colors when it’s sunny and fuller colors when it’s cloudy or rains. Dunno why.

I just had to get this cardigan at Anthropologie. The color & cropped style for my petite frame are things you never really see together in a cardigan. Now they call it "medium" pink here, but the photos & customer reviews said it's more vibrant than it's name, which I'm glad & wouldn't have gotten it otherwise. PHOTO ATTACHED.

OK, that's it now, no more hot or bright pink sweaters, I've got a good amount, unless I still wanted to get a lightweight crewneck or v-neck one like this.

I could never wear a sweater in my house...I'd get pretty hot & would just rather turn on the heater if I was cold. Year-round, I pretty much wear the same cool home lounging clothes.

No judgment, to each their own style, but since I spent most of my life in very frigid locales, I've never viewed sweaters as fashionable as much as functional. I feel the same about boots, even though I've always worn different styles... I prefer ankle boots, but sometimes higher ones are necessary in snow.

When I lived in SoCal & saw people wearing leather jackets, knee high boots & heavy sweaters for mere fashion, not warmth, I just didn't get it. They're just cold weather gear to me. It's akin to wearing a heavy coat over a sleeveless sundress in winter weather.

So, the only sweaters I like now are on cooler days, when I can wear a sleeveless tee with a looser, long sweater over it (that covers the butt), for a bit of warmth, but I also like the slouchy style. I'm allergic to wool... I have far too many unhappy memories of having to wear scratchy sweaters in blizzards to school, scratching & tugging at the neckline all day.

Read youe post and thinked about "how much sweaters do I have?". Around 4-5, because I rarely get cold.
Personally, I like soft fabrics and deep dark colour. And I am happy that it's fashionable to wear oversized things, it's comfortable and stylish. I like that purple one on the picture, where to find it?

Today I wore a blue sweater over a red and white plaid shirt. Matches the colors outside so well:

Well, it's mid-Oct & still in the 90s for most of this month! I so wish it was the mid-60s to 70s. That's the ideal temps for me!

I like these sweaters too:

Deep Henna color

Charcoal Grey

I can understand that. When you're used to living in a location where you really need warm clothing for warmth, you're used to that.

Thanks! The one in my OP as well as the one in my post #26 are sold at Free People. (The one in my OP won't be there anymore since I got it last year, I think.)

There are such fabulous knit fashions out there. I've been wanting these for a while & got this grey tie dye sweater & the red mock neck dolman sleeve which wouldn't upload, so here's the link:

Also thinking about getting the heart sweater too!

I am from Hawaii and we wiuld get cold when it dropped below 80. I left home and lived in Germany (when the plane landed there was snow and I was wearing a skirt and heels...talk about a shock!) and then different parts of the mainland (Army family).

We managed to get stationed in Hawaii and I was laughing at all of the sweaters especially when my mother kept telling me to put one on.

When I am on the mainland I start wearing sweaters when temperature dips below 50. I love them especially angora sweater; they are so soft and beautiful.
