OK, this might sound a little weird, but I bought Lansinoh cream (lanolin) when I was nursing. I have found that it is really good on my heels. I use it at night, then put on the socks.

Lanolin makes perfect sense. Check the ingredients of a lot of skin care products, and you'll often find lanolin listed as an ingredient. Because it is a natural product, from sheep, it is safe for nursing mothers to use on the breast nipples.

There is a great product that comes in a container printed in a cowhide pattern -- Udder Balm, I think it's called. I've used it, with great results, on my hands and feet, too.

Default Udderly confused before, I was

'Bag balm?' What was that all about, then? Or could you Guys not remember Udder Balm? I had no idea what bag balm is -- but if we are talking about the same thing, it's almost like magic. For a long time, we couldn't find the stuff, and then I started seeing it in what I mistook for some strange places. But then, if it's really used on cows, explains why I ran across it in a Feed & Supply Store.

I also like using a pumice stone in the shower and then Cracked Heel Relief Cream from Avon.

Bag Balm is udder cream and I buy it at the feed and suply store out here in the middle of nowhere.
I am in love with the PedEgg. I don't have cracked heels but it keeps my heels sooo smooth. Can't say enough about it.

Bibit - you are gonna laugh at this one but I swear it works - at least - it has for me.

Vicks Vapor Rub. I know. Sounds crazy but essentially, VVR is just aromatherapy in vaseline, LOL - and eucalyptus is a predominant ingredient. I read several years ago that VVR would not only kill toenail fungus, but also eliminate the cracked skin on heels. So I tried it and it was miraculous. Just put it on at nite, then pull on your socks.

See how that works. Let me know!

I love my Vietnamese mani-pedi shop and that razor blade to the heels. If I have it done and then follow up with the creams, I don't get that "hoof-like" effect. But I don't follow up, so just return regularly for pedicures and the blade.
